Battlefield V crashing my broadband

★★ Novice

So I am able to play about 2 mins of a match before I get a blank screen and then an error msg saying I've been disconnected from EA servers. Weirdly as this happens it crashes my broadband. All my devices disconnect. I don't have any dropping for the whole day but as soon as the game crashes it ruins my broadband.  Anyone else have the same issue???  @

Hey @TSkingZ,

That's really odd.

Have you tried any of these connection steps?

Let us know if you still need assistance.

Thank you Standard smile

Yeah done all those. Even switched to a wired connection. It's really strange. My broadband provider can't find faults. My speeds, ping, packet loss are all good. It's just when I get kicked out of a game my broadband just drops and continues to slow and drop unless I preform a factory reset on my hub. I work for a different network provider in the technical management center so I have a lot of experience in dealing with broadband but I've never seen this. Don't know where to start!?

Hey @TSkingZ, do you have the opportunity to try another modem/router?

Try reinstalling the game that should do it.
