Battlefield V crashes on startup

Every time that I try to launch Battlefield V it stays on a black screen and just sends me back to the origin app. Apex Legends works and that runs on Origin too. Any help would be greatly appreciated because I just got this game around two weeks ago with the March Madness deal

That didn’t help. Whenever I start the game, it shows the V symbol keep going in a circle, and as soon as the cursor shows up it crashes

I donwloaded battlefield V but it doesn't open and don't work . I contact to EA and I do there steps and there additional steps but It doesn't work and the game doesn't want to open ,

The game make a small black screen then It close and open Origin and I tried to open it again but It everytime don't open . I need help Can anyone help me in this problem??
