Battlefield V Tides of war menu comes up randomly [ Edited ]

BF V. The tides of war menu as shown in photo just randomly comes up whilst on multiplayer and I can’t get it off. As you can see the right trigger opens friends list which is also the shoot function so it stops me shooting and it only goes off once I’m killed. Any help appreciated.

@simoniantunniUsually when that happens to me pressing the menu button then 'resume' sorts it out.

If that doesn't work all you can do is quit the match.
