Battlefield V - Menu / UI Issues

Hi EA/Battlefield,

1. Unable to access the "Options" Screen. The background animations load but no options appear.

2. Unable to select different class/role in multiplayer. Only Support class is available.

Solutions Attempted:

1. Un-installed game and did a clean re-install.

2. Downloaded most recent AMD graphics drivers, did a clean install.

3. Made sure all Windows 10 drivers are up to date.

4. Checked Antivirus / Security software to make sure application data wasn't being blocked.

Hardware:

iMac Pro 2017 (Boot Camp Partition)

Graphics Card:

AMD Radeon Pro Vega 64

Memory:

64 gigs

Operating System:

Windows 10 Pro

Security:

Kaspersky Total Security

Anyone know a quick fix or possible graphics card or game configuration that would fix this?

Keeping in mind I can't see the "Options" page to change settings in-game. Thanks!

I FIXED IT!!

Everyone that is having this problem, these are my settings and it seems to work.

1. Delete the Battlefield "specific" profile in your AMD Graphics Card menu, use Global Settings.

2. Attached is my Global Display settings (screenshot).

3. Attached is my AMD Preferences (screenshot), for some reason when I set these like this it fixed it.

4. In-Game Options, Set Display to "Borderless".

Happy gaming everyone!

I believe back in BF1 days the problem was the bootcamp graphics driver for AMD cards take a while to be updated. Since I have not heard of this issue on pure PC Windows machines my guess is that you need to wait for a new driver.
