Battlefield V Can't Download Enlister Offer

I recently digitally pre-ordered Battlefield V Deluxe Edition and pre downloaded it on my Xbox One yesterday.

It didn't download the Enlister Offer so I found it in the store however It says it's currently unavailable and I can't download it.

I have the beta files on my console as well as BF1 and now the BFV files as well.

Could anyone shed some light on my issue please.

I thinks as road to BFV items we do need to wait the official BFV launch november 20th.

We will see what they do after update of today.

It may well be a case of waiting but it seems like other people already have it as it also gives you weapons in BF1.

I'm not too bothered about then though, seeing as the release of BFV is so close.

There must be a way around it

When you Pre-Ordered the Deluxe Edition, was there a code for the Enlister Offer available to you?

Also, have you tried highlighting Battlefield 1 on the Home Screen, going to Manage Game, and checking your Add-Ons to see if it's there?

There was not, just one code that gave me the game and the deluxe edition upgrade.

I have also check BF1, it's there either.

I've found the Enlister Offer in the store but I literally can't download it. There's no option to download it...

I've spoken to two different EA reps and they reckon I can only download it after the game releases tonight/tomorrow.

Not sure on that as it featured early beta access from months ago but that all I've got to go by so far...

This could also be tied to some issues that are going on with the Xbox Store at the moment.

No difference, unfortunately...

Looks like I'll be waiting until next Tuesday for the full release to see if I can download it then as per EA's recommendation.

Good news I can at least play the game until then

Very sorry to hear about this.

You should have access to the Enlisted Offer, since you pre ordered Battlefield V.

Have you tried contacting Xbox Support to see if this is something they can assist you with?

I've not tried that, so I will take a look at that as an option tomorrow.

Been playing the game an hour or so, it's very good so far!

I will let you know how I get on.
