Battlefield ACCESS DENIED Error

This is stupid i cant get on a game that i have played for years and yet my friend can get on with no problem every time i log in i'm offline so i click go online ACCESS DENIED its annoying me horribly i have hard reset multiple times i have unplugged my Xbox and re plugged it back in i have uninstalled the game and reinstalled yet nothing happened so i'm lost and annoying please figure this out [xbox one]
