Battlefield 5 multi player issue

I have played battlefield 5 for around d 12 months with no problem now all of a sudden I'm being g asked to buy it I have the disc in but all I can get is the trail I've uninstalled and tried around 3 times to start from fresh, I tried a different t battlefield and this works fine, I'm at a loss any ideas

Thanks for the information.

When you insert the Disc, can you try clearing your MAC Address, and doing a hard reset on your Console?

Go to Settings, Network, Advanced Settings, Alternate MAC Address, and Clear. Then fully turn off your Console for 30 seconds or so, and turn it back on.

Let us know if you're able to access Multiplayer then.
