Battlefield 5 is not launching in PC

Hi Everyone,

I hope someone can help me. Unfortunately Battlefield 5 is not working in my computer.
I face error in origin: Orgin is disabled by other application bla bla...
I erased my virus program, cleaned cache, erased and install origin again.... but face same problem. Could not solve this though EA help bec. I use windows 8.1 single pack and dont let me to change it from Turkish to English so they are not able to check document I sent.
Anyone who face this problem before can help me? (If there is a Turkish players it can be quite good. We can also connect btw.)

Is BFV launching and crashing right after, or is it just not launching at all when you try to start it up?

my bfv not opened. i cliked then game was loading in small windowed mod and loading screen come then suddenly game closed and go origin page.
