Battlefield 5 crashes at start up x box

Summarize your bug Game will not start up, as soon as the screen for choosing the profile comes up the music plays for a few seconds then goes to a digital noise and the game stops and it kicks me back to XBOX home screen
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? not sure
What happens when the bug occurs? can not get in, kicked to x box home screen
What should be happening instead? chose a profile and play the game

@jkuiper23 Sorry to hear that. I take it you've tried reinstalling?

yes, however only lasted until the next restart then same thing happens.

Hey @jkuiper23 could you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps. 

How to power cycle: 

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button  on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
3. Important Make sure that you wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
4. Plug the console power cable back in.
5. Press the Xbox button  on your console to turn it on.
