@catchinglyric92 @ this problem. Having the same issue in all game modes on xbox one. All of my rank ups won't unlock anything. Error code at end of round and items saying they can be used next round. For instance, my recon is now rank 11 but cant use the rank 4 flare gun, even though it says it is unlocked. More gameplay and different methods to use the ranked rewards have not fixed the issues.
