Battlefield 5 black screen at start

So I just purchased Battlefield 5 and after download/install was complete I tried to open the game. Upon opening, it just sits at a non-maximized screen that is completely black. After about 2 minutes, the screen will close itself and allow me to tr to open the game again. The game itself never loads however. I have seen a lot of issues with players having a black screen when searching for match, AFTER the game has already loaded/booted up to the main screen, but mine won't even load the game to the main screen. I have tried every troubleshooting things I could think of, as well as all troubleshooting that I have found online for this issue and have not gotten any results. If you have had similar issues, or have any ideas, please feel free to let me know and I will let you know if I have tried them. Thanks.

i recently upgraded my processor to i5 9th gen after that game wont start i have tried everything but a black screen would pop up than close itself

Same issue. Only occurs with Origin games, but occurs with both Anthem and BFV.
