Re: Battlefield 1

Hey @Prestege_Gamer,

Sorry to hear about this issue you're experiencing.

Here are some steps that might help:

1. Clear Origin Cache:

https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/

2. Manually Uninstall/Reinstall Origin:

https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/manually-uninstalling-origin/

3. Clear Temp Files:

https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/clearing-your-temporary-files/

Try these steps, and let us know if you're still experiencing issues Downloading.

As far as the Audio issue goes, have you clicked the speaker Icon on your task bar, and checked to make sure it's set to your Monitor speakers or your Headset (if you're using one)?

Thanks Standard smile

Your DXDIAG isn't attached, that's the path to your local HDD. Let's start out with the basics, what are your PC specs and OS, if on Win10 are you using DX11 or 12?
