so i recently got battlefield 1 and downloaded it with origin. When the game was downloaded it didn't have any audio, and nothing that i tried to fix it worked, so i decided i would try to uninstall and reinstall the game, but when i try reinstalling it i get an error that says: An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again in a few moments. Error: 327684:2
if anyone knows whats wrong or how to fix this please help

Try these steps, and let us know if you're still experiencing issues Downloading.
As far as the Audio issue goes, have you clicked the speaker Icon on your task bar, and checked to make sure it's set to your Monitor speakers or your Headset (if you're using one)?

Your DXDIAG isn't attached, that's the path to your local HDD. Let's start out with the basics, what are your PC specs and OS, if on Win10 are you using DX11 or 12?
