Battlefield 1 purchase loss

I just got on to battlefield 1 after deleting Incursions ( I didn't want it ) and I can into a match with all of my weapons requiring war bonds. I had bought a shortcut kit a while back and had a great time with it. So it was a shock for me to find my game striped of that. I don't know what to do and I feel like the game isn't worth playing anymore.

@buckslayer201 which platform are you playing on?
Maybe you just have to reinstall your add-on.

Im on xbox one and I tried that. It didn't seem to work.

Sorry you're experiencing this issue.

Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling Battlefield 1 all together?

Also, when you go to "Manage Game" for Battlefield 1, it says that the Shortcut Kit you purchased is installed correct?

If you choose to uninstall/reinstall, make sure you play a couple rounds as well, so your account syncs up with the EA Servers.
