Battlefield 1 not starting

Battlefield 1 starts loading and after a few seconds it hangs and automatically exits the gameI've tried practically everything but the game still persists in not working

Which platform do you play on and do you get any specific error messages when it exits the game?

I play on the computer and there is no error message the game just quits after a while

because
Intel HD 5500
intel - i3-5010U, i5-5200U, i7-5600U
8 gb ram
is able to run!!!!

The GPU and CPU (i3) are below minimum specifications. While you might be able to run the game, we cannot guarantee technical issues or the optimal Battlefield experience.
