Battlefield 1 download failed

Just bought this game and trying to download it.  It keeps saying the down is failing.  I have made sure origin isn't blocked by any virus protection or firewalls, I don't have any of the programs running that are listed as causing an issue and I am getting really short on patience.

I have had awful experience with EA in that past and this is the last straw.  I have attached a snip of the issue.  If I don't get this fixed soon I am just going to get my money back and be done with this, not fun to play games like this.

Hello, does this happen with other big downloads? Have you checked your router? Do you have intermitent high ping? Also ypu can try asking a friend foe his instalation files qich you can use to install the game trough origin, you can search on google how to do this
