Battlefield 1 Trial not downloading

When I hit to get trial in Trials in Store, it says to me Added to Library but it's not in there, and sometimes for example when I try it for 10th time a window appear that asks me for code from packaging like I bought it at retail store, please help, I want to try if I can run this game.

Can you please check it later? At the moment EA/Origin servers have some issues.

Have you played the full 10hrs on a previous trial?

Did you play a previous trial but not use all of the available time?

Can you log out of and back into Origin and let us know if you can play please?
