Battlefield 1 - Lost connection to session

Now trying this after I tried getting a chat session for twenty minutes when the estimated wait time was 0 minutes...

 

75% of the time whenever I join a game or start a new round, I get booted back to the multiplayer screen with a message that says: Server Disconnected : Lost connection to session

 

I have done so much searching online to try and resolve this to no avail. I've also restarted my router multiple times, and port forwarded all possible ports, no change.

 

Every post on here about this problem has never been resolved, and it's not an ISP problem if this many people have it. I'm hoping this one is different, or can get the developers to fix the damn game

Hey @corenickel,

Sorry to hear about this issue you're experiencing.

Are you currently using DX11 or DX12?

Also, have you tried disabling Origin in-game Overlay?

Was using DX12, but switched to DX11 to test it and still the same problem.

 

Disabled the overlay and it didn't fix it either

Hey @corenickel,

I know you tried getting ahold of a EA Advisor through Chat, and were unsuccessful. Did you try clearing your Browser history, cookies, etc and try to contact them again?

Sometimes that window comes up that says they're getting your Case ready, and the chat window doesn't load. But if you clear all your Browser stuff, the Chat should load.

Sometimes (rarely) I have same issue on PS4, but I have deducted that the Lost Connectio to session is due high Ping or some other problem with my internet connection.
