Summarize your bug All the servers have random numbers instead of names and the platoon option is gone!
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Don't know what caused it, sorry.
What happens when the bug occurs? Had this happen to me before, so I restarted the game and it seemed to fix it, but now it seems that restarting the game won't do the job. All the servers have random numbers instead of names and the platoon option is gone! Only happens on my main account, lvl 150.

@Shaine1996 Thank you for the post and video. 

Can you try restarting your system from the power menu and see if anything changes? And just so I'm clear, you've tried swapping accounts and the servers showed up correctly?
