Battle pass not leveling up

I bought the regular battle pass for season 3 and I haven’t received any of the loot. Every-time I fill the bar it will keep me at level 4..... any solutions?

@tavezee Check your xp bar in challenges if it's working cause the bar after match is definitely broken.
