Having the exact same issue... have been trying to fix it for well over an hour now.... losing the will to live....
every time we go to start the game it comes with the small window... the blue circle goes round for a few seconds then it crashes and goes back to Origin....
Have tried all the below:
1. Uninstalled and reinstalled Origin
2. Uninstalled and reinstalled the game
3. Updated Nvidia drivers
4. Run Origin as adminsitratot
5. Run game as administrator
and Restarted PC numerous times
Nothing is working..... HELP.... was so excited now just feel totally deflated....

Have you tried clearing Origin Cache?
https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
I would also recommend disabling the Origin in-game Overlay in the Origin Launcher.
Thanks

Hi there @iluminatethesky
Thanku very much for your swift response, it is much appreciated....
we tried clearing the cache and disabling the ingame Origin overlay as you suggested but sadly it didn't work.
Any other ideas, we are at a loss with what to try next.
Thanku very much again for your time

You can also try a Clean Boot: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

@iluminatethesky
Update:
Yep have tried repairing game a few times too... should have said that in first post.....
tried the clean boot... but still not working
So we started to think its my PC which runs GW2 perfectly but maybe this game requires more than it has, tried it on another PC and it works fine... so conclusion is its my PC... which is due to get upgraded next week lol so I will just have to wait I guess... super disappointed though.
But I just want to say thanku very much for your time again and effort..... and for the help you are giving the community.
Have a great day... you have earned lots of karma today
