Who do i need to speak to about earning a normal base shipment reward, collecting the items, but then the items are NOT present in my inventory?
I recently received a shipment that contained the underglow kit called "Communicator", however there seem to be some kind of error during receiving the items and the subsequently, the items never showed up in my inventory.
I DO have the video recorded by the ps4 during this moment if it helps. Just let me know and i can post it somewhere for review.
I would simply like to get the rewards i have earned and am owed.
