Hi, 

 

I'm trying to protest a ban on my account but im not able to do so. 

My ban history says 

 

No History

You currently have no Ban/Suspension History to display.

 

Yet when I try to queue a game in Apex Legends I always get the message that I am banned. 

I tried following instructions to create a support ticket to get unbanned but

and none of the links work. 

I am an eSports coach so this is currently effecting my work as I can't play with the kids I'm coaching. 

I hope someone can help me with this issue.

I know this may sound odd, but try resetting the password for your EA account. If that doesn't help, contact @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/. You can also go to facebook.com/eahelphub to get in touch with support. They'll look into this for you. Thanks!
