Banned, letter to Admin on FF

Hello, for 4 month i think i were banned for hack's but i did not used hacks :O I got fairplay ban. And i hopes it isnt on every server on BF5 on PC coz, I just LOVE BF5

so then my question, Can i be unbanned? Huge hugs, EA for ever. <3 /Marcus

P.S I DIDNT KNOW WERE TO POST THIS SUBJECT TO
