Banned from Apex Legends [ Edited ]

I got perma banned from Apex Legends. I want to continue playing the game. So playing with new account is a reason for get banned again?

@EA_Illium I'm just asking a question. TOS team just sending a same reply everytime. They don't care about my question and they don't answer my question. I don't want my ban lifted and they don't do either. Just asking about is a new account reason for a ban? Nobody answer this question. Help me...

There's no hardware ban so go ahead on the Steam version .

My Origin account connected with Steam. So i can't unlink my Origin from Steam. I need to open a new origin account for continue playing.
