Hello, I recently asked a question about my account it's been marked as solved in my HQ profile but no reply, I was asking why my account has gotten banned because I cannot play the game I want to it is Battlefield Heroes I posted on their forums and I have gotten a reply now from an "EA" telling me I have been banned for a chargeback, what was it for I don't recall anything, I have gotten permission using my aunties credit card, other than that I've been using gift cards to purchase items. I'm also asking if I can please get unbanned and have my account! I'm willing to pay for it. if that is possible..
