Banned for speak to friend???

Hello my acount is banned why i said a joke in writen chat ??? i don't understand, i don't insult its just a joke for make laugh my french friend i don't understand banned 1 week for that? so many cheater was not ban and me ban for this yes EA

I'm sorry, we won't know why you were banned from the forums. Our Terms of Service team can take a look if you believe a ban was added by mistake. Please fill out the webform to send in an appeal to that team.
