Banned for nothing [ Edited ]

Hello EA I got banned for no reason bc I wanted to play a way out and it was my first game I cannot play with my friends and i would be happy if you unbann me.when I go to my bann list there is a bann but there is no reason pls help.

It is my understanding that you can appeal a ban a number of times.
