Banned for nothing

I recovery my old apex from ea help center but ita's has been baned already by stolen person. Then I create another case about ban i waiting for answer from ea but only got this

I'm afraid we are unable to review any account actions on the forums.

Any appeals will need to be sent up to our Terms of Service team for review using these steps.

If they've completed multiple reviews and have not removed the ban, that is not something we'll be able to change either, sorry.

Hi, i have a problem, my steam account got  hackt and a cuple days ago.I got it back but my apex account was baned.Can you please help me get it unbaned?
