Banned for no reason

Hi. I just tried playing need for speed heat on my racing SIM I had just built. My account says it's been disabled and apparently has been banned since may 22nd. I haven't played an EA game in so long and there's no reason given for this ban. Very inconvenient. I already disputed this concern and I'm pretty annoyed with it. I have never been banned and have done nothing to be banned. Please fix this so I can try drifting on this game. So for now I'll just keep playing gran turismo.

I've been banned over a year now and EA still accusing me with cheating, I told even told them to just forgive me if I used accidentally some 3rd party tool (I did not) and let me back into my Apex Legends account but they still saying me they made the right punishing. Can someone help me how to convince EA? I spent over a 1000USD into my account and I LOVE APEX, can anyone help me please? I really want to play again!
