Banned for no reason

It has been 5 days since ea banned me for no reason at all. It was my main Account and i had put a lot of effort in it. I have spent a lot of money too. Other than that i have given a lot of hours in this account and i have never never never ever thought of using cheats or anything like that. How can i use cheats if i dont know how and why to use them or what is it used for. PLEASE HELP ME RECOVER MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT PROGRESS LOST. I have done a lot to be at this place in this place. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I also recommend you to wait your suspension or ban to end if your ban is temporary and not very long.
