Banned for Engine error

Logged on today and it said I was banned. I didn't do anything to get banned so I'm guessing it was due to the game crashing from the engine errors. 

The error said: 

Engine Error 0x887A0006 - DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG

How can this be resolved?

I'm afraid that account bans are not something we're able to investigate here on Answers HQ. When you have a chance please reach out to the Terms of Service team so they can review your account and determine if the ban can be overturned.

u can do nothing.

U have to wait for a patch or you are playing witth the risk to get the Ban penalty
