Banned account

Hi, my account was recently suspended/Banned for my name. If I were to change my account name will I be able to get rid of the ban?

We're not able to assist with bans directly here on AHQ, but you can contact the Terms of Service team to appeal this.

If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute this decision with the Terms of Service team through the link here.

1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
3. Choose your platform.
4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
5. Click Select contact option.
6. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

HEY MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN BANNED FOR NO REASON I JUST DOWNLOAD THE FIFA YESTERDAY AND I PLAYED TWO GAMES AND TODAY I OPENNED THE ACCOUNT AND I FOUND IT  NOW BANNED

Yeah i just got randomly banned on apex. been playing for about a week now. had 1 good game last night. then was playing this morning and boom, banned..? i made a ban appeal just waiting on a response i guess?

Same thing happened to me!! But they wont appeal it!!! I made a new account and same thing i keep getting banned for nothing
