Banned account

My account is currently suspended/banned cause of answering a player who was talking crap and insulting me just for playing a game of FUT Champs and for replying to him and spicing him up abit my account got suspended/banned even though he he continued to do it, I'm really disappointed in what EA has come to honestly 

Rewards are coming out tomorrow and I can't play

Useless company can't even fix your own servers and game

Honestly spending money on you guys is a waste

I'm sorry to hear that. We really can't look into this from the forums though. The Terms of Service team is the only team who handles ban. To have this looked into to see if a ban was added correctly or by mistake, you'll need to contact them. You can reach them by filling out the webform and that'll send in an appeal to that team.
