Banned account??

Just bought the game for the first time two days ago and when i went to redeem the code it said i couldnt because my account was banned but i have literally never played the game before. When i emailed support they said they cant help because they didnt take action against my account and sent me a dead link to a page that dosent exist for support. At this point im extremely uninterested in the game and just considering the $30 a loss before i do i wanted to see if anyone had any idea on how to actually fix this. TIA!

EA/Oriign and Swtor purchasing are linked so if your EA account has issues and disabled purchasing it also disables purchasing on swtor
