Banned Unnecessarily?

I introduced my friend to Apex and after our 4th game together he got disconnected and it told him he was banned? He tried making a new account and it happened again?
I personally know he wasn't cheating because he was terrible at the game, What is the likely hood of this happening to other accounts for no reason?

Does he cheat in another game?
Maybe Apex Easyanticheat can detect suspicious programs.
Is his computer new or used?
Maybe it's used and hardware banned from previous owner.
Apex Legends released on February 4, 2019.
Maybe he should create a new clean profile on his mouse.
I can't think of anything else, i don't play on pc.

@SpyrosFPS It happend to me too. Im getting banned for no reason since 8 june. Its on level 500 rank plat never reached diamond. Play since valentines last years 2019. So much effort suck KD 1,07. Didnt have 20 bomb kills badge. And getting banned for no reason

@SpyrosFPS It’s a brand new pc but I’ll advised him to make a new account and try that.

As far as cheats go I do not think he does since he is still new to pc and is unaware of them lol.

@L-TsiZheng It’s happened to me once before but the next day I logged on and it was fine so I’m not sure what’s happening.
