Banned I think forever and I wasn’t suppose to?

I got banded for no reason because my teammate that reported me was literally doing nothing we we’re basically playing duos at that point and soon as I say something he’s gonna report me like how like matter of fact those people should be the ones getting banned because like how they gonna play and not u know but either ways I shouldnt have said nothing but I got banned for 7 days like 3 days back so I checked to see how many days I had left and it still says 7 days and at this point I’m starting to think he hacked my account we’re like I’m basically banned forever and I’m jus curious what happened there??? I love apex I’m really really really not trying to lose my account 🙏

You will need to speak to our Terms of Service team @LloronS18 

 

The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

 

  1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
  2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
  3. Choose your platform.
  4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
  5. Fill out any other details below.
    • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
  6. Click Select contact option.
  7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.
