So recently, (around the 2nd) I tried to login and play Apex after not playing since like season 2.
RIght when I was about to load into the game, I got an error saying I was banned.
No prior email or anything was sent, but since then I opened a ticket with support and have been waiting now for 13 days with no idea what happened or is going on. I called support about 5 days ago now, the agent told me my account had been hacked, and walked me through securing everything via new passwords and 2fa. My confusion is that, if they know my account was hacked, why haven't I heard anything back from this ToS team...okay, will update when I get an answer!

havent played in about 2 weeks and prior to that session it had been a few months, banned with no reasoning other then saying i cheated? no software installed and no exploits were used. very confused and frustrated at this seemingly random or missfire ban
