Ban time expired and ea told its solved still cant play!!!!!!!!!! [ Edited ]

I banned it for 28 days. this time was over 2 weeks ago. I met with the EA 2 weeks ago and yesterday EA  was told that the sanction was removed, I'm still banned they was told that the problem is solved, but still the same very bored from this situation!
