Re: Ban overturn in Apex but still can't play

I got banned on apex legends like 2 or 3 years ago when my steam account got hacked (I had apex installed on steam) and then he went rampage mode and like used hacks or something in al lot of the games and I have like unlocked all achievements even achievements that are unobtainable in almost all my games as proof of him hacking while on my account but then I got banned only on apex somehow so then I made a case 3 days ago to get unbanned in apex to EA but it says my case is overturned and I checked my Gmail and they responded (check the attachment I put on this post) and now I don't know what to do because I checked my apex and I'm still banned? what should I do

In the email shared with you, they say this:

Give those steps a go and see if that helps you get back online.

I tried, it still says that I'm banned from Apex Legends. I reset my password, enabled login verifications, and updated my EA account information. I thought that maybe I would go and send a ticket from the link they sent, it was related to having a false ban or suspension on my account and wanting to remove it, and it told me to check my Ban History, and so I did. But I found nothing that related to Apex Legends that lasted until now; I only had one suspension on my account but it lasted until last year, and was closed. What do I do now? Should I just tell them I should be unbanned because It says I have no bans shown in my Ban History that is related to Apex Legends?
