Badge error or technicality?

I squad wiped 3 squads and have the recording to prove it but didn't receive the triple triple badge.

No I watched the recording back and I got 3 full squad wiped. The only reason I say technicality in the title is because a teammate downed one guy but he self ressed and I killed him after I killed both his teammates and got the triple kill so idk..
