Bad servers /robbed of money

Lost my crates and money even Went to the EA support and website still didn’t receive any help

iv lost crates also, seems there no way to contact Apex Legends support, they redirect you to EA where they can NOT restore missing content on there end, all they can do is troubleshoot and hope it don't happen again, they told me to post on forums to see if it gets resolved.......has not, end of Season 5 btw
