Baby won’t grow up

Apparently the update did work, it took almost an hour after the update but it worked! It’s now a toddler so hopefully he will grow up into an adult!

 Hate to say this, the upgrade made him grow up to a toddler now the toddler won’t grow up even after other babies have achieved adulthood. He’s just a toddler

I’ve had this problem since last November. I’ve contacted EA numerous times with no luck at all. No interactions, no Bundle of Joy, nothing.

I’ve tried tons of things. Nothing. Troubleshooting, moving the crib. You name it I’ve tried it. Any advice appreciated.
