BUG, Thrown into main menu after trying to join server PS4 WEEKLY

Summarize your bug I cannot join multiplayer games. I go through matchmaking, see the map loading screen and then i get thrown out into the main menu without any error message.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Enter game. Try to join a server for multiplayer. Get thrown into the main menu immediately.
What happens when the bug occurs? I get thrown into the main menu after trying to join an online server.
What should be happening instead? I should be playing battlefield online.

Please help with this bug, multiplayer is literally UNPLAYABLE.

Thanks for the report, are you playing on Wifi or cabled network? @Archardor 

Do you have the issue on the same map rotation every time?

@EA_Atic I just installed the new update. It did not fix the game. I am playing on Wifi, but tried cable and it does not work as well. DNS NAT Type 2, 50 mbps, no problem connecting to PS network services and playing other games. I cannot play any mode, at all. I join matchmaking, get the black loading screen, sometimes see the map artwork and then i get thrown into the main menu without any error message. Been happening for a week. Thank you

@EA_Atic Still unresolved, I take it you took a break on the weekend and that is fine but I was expecting at least an answer if not a successful workaround this monday.

Best support ever. 4 Months, 0 replies. Problem is still unresolved, game is unplayable. Never purchasing an EA product again.

Hey @Archardor, sorry for the delay on this. Could you try to clear local and online saves for BFV on your PS4 - this will remove your progress for single player campaign and your settings.
