BFV on 1080ti, i9, 64gb ram.. cant even get 60fps

★ Novice

Just downloaded the game and the gameplay is terrible...

Tried multiple Youtube videos on Graphical setting tweaks.. NOTHING

My GPU inside of task manager is not exceeding past 20%.

Other games my rig handles smooth and easily on ultra settings..

I am new to the Battlefield community and all suggestions are greatly appreciated

Averaging 20-40fps on MEDIUM??!

Have you tried the following?

Open up  "NVIDIA Control Panel" -> from the NVIDIA Control Panel, select the "Manage3D settings" from the left column -> click on the Power management mode drop down box and select "Prefer Maximum Performance".

In Windows 10 make sure your Power Options are set to Max Performance as well.

Just to repeat both Nvidia and Windows OS power options should be at Max Performance.

Seen this on GTX 1080s, another option is to toggle between DX11 and DX12 from ingame

There might be something thats causing optimisation issues. Update all drivers and then check.

Hey @Kzap_Be_Geekin,

Sorry to hear about this.

If you're running DX12, have you tried switching to DX11?

Also, you can try turning on "Future Frame Rendering" in the Graphics/Video Settings in game, and see if that makes a difference.

I would also recommend doing a Clean Boot, in case there's any background applications that might be interferring with the Game.

Try these steps, and let us know if you still need assistance.

Thanks Standard smile
