BFV dowclock CPU during gameplay

[ Edited ]

Hello, how are you?

I have an I7 7700HQ, 16GB RAM 2400 2X8, and a 1050TI, windows 10 Pro 1903.

Playing in multiplayer I have an average of 40 to 50 fps with everything in low to 1080p in the DX11, FFR off.

My GPU uses 60% on average, at no time reaches 100% and temperature around 60.

Already the CPU is as demonstrated in the images below:

What I think strange is that the processor's frequency is well below the normal standard that is 2.80 and turbo 3.80.

So my question is. it's normal during the gameplay to stay down as shown in the pictures?

Thank you,

This is really odd that when playing Battlefield V is downclocking your system. You normally see it with overheating but looks good. Must be a Bios setting that is triggering this effect for you. @Rafa_TDR

@EA_AticIs it any of the options in the attached image? The strange thing is that I noticed this situation only in the BFV.
Thank you very much for your attention.
