Game Keeps Crashing don't know what to do HELP!

Using Windows 10 Oct Update and latest NVIDIA driver. Had to disable DX12\DXR in PROFSAVE_profile to recover game.

Same. Can’t play more than 30”. Either crash to desktop or hard crash and force reboot. 

I preordered so $70 goes poof. 

I went and had a terrific game of alpha Squad. No worries. 

Its not not my computer.

They haven't even acknowledged that they know about this issue. If it isn't update soon I will probably request a refund.

lol only 3 seconds for me. I tried everything but the problem still there.

Hi Barry,

Crashing happens with DX12/RTX and DX11.
Clean boot did not rid me of the problem.

 I heard nothing so i got a refund. Maybe i buy it if its officially accepted and fixed by EA.

Try to repair install the game, also while in main menu graphics settings, enable dx12

Do the other posts here regarding switching language to something else and then back again help you at all?
