BFV cpu usage 100% with i5 9600k

Hello guys please i need help with this issue note that my setup is :

i5 9600K running @ 4.5ghz

gtx 1070 msi gamingX with the latest nvidia driver

16gb ddr4 2133MHZ ram

nvme M.2 240 gb

windows 10 pro 1809 updated

the game is using 100% cpu usage even with low settings (note that i tried directX 12 on and off same result)

it makes my game not playable please help

Sorry to hear about this.

Have you tried these steps?

1. Turn off the Origin in-game Overlay in Origin

2. Clean Boot, to make sure there are no background apps interferring: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

Also, Battlefield V is a very CPU intensive game.

hi man i did everything but something i even debloat windows 10 pro 1809, i feel like the game is running on the cpu and not using gpu (25 30% usage) any suggestions ??

What FPS are you getting? Lowering the FPS limit usually lowers the CPU usage.
