I've had Battlefield V since launch, and up until around the Dec 4 patch, I've been getting worse and worse FPS drops/freezes. I'll average around 50 FPS and randomly will drop to below 10. I know my computer can handle the game, as on launch it ran perfectly. I'm not sure what is causing this and how to fix it. My drivers are up to date. I've tried lowering some settings but I am not sure which settings may be causing this issue.
My specs are:
GeForce GTX 1051 Ti, Driver verison 417.35
Intel 2.8 GHz
8GB RAM
Thank you

Hey @1xTurdFergison,
Sorry to hear about this.
Here are some steps you can try that might help with the FPS issues:
1. Turn off the Origin in-game Overlay in the Origin Launcher, and any other Overlays you might be using(Discord, Nvidia GeForce Experience, etc)
2. Make sure you're running DX11, and not DX12
3. Check the Frame Rate Limiter settings in the in-game Video/Graphics settings, and make sure it's set to 60 or 120, based on your Setup
4. Clean Boot: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
5. Make sure your Firewall has access to Battlefield V
Try these steps, and let us know if you see any improvements.
Thanks
