@davisdexter47 Sorry my other post was no help for you. I tend to agree with you on it being a conflict on Origin Access on your PC / origin account and I agree someone needs to look into your account @EA_Atic . Your PC just meets PC requirements with the CPU to play BFV and you have tried many steps to fix this. This game should open for you no question :/ Below are steps to do when a game on Origin will not open if you find any you have not done then please do it just to cover it all. But I think you have tried all this..
Re- install origin only not your game just origin.
1. Uninstall Origin completely from Windows Control Panel.
2. Reboot your PC. This is important to clear out any lingering registry files or directories.
3. Download the latest here: http://origin.com/download
4. Install Origin You should not be prompted to update.
Check your firewall to be sure it is open to the game and not blocking it.
Other things to try if the above fails to fix it for you....

Flush your DNS
Your system keeps a record of IP addresses and domain names for the servers you access. Sometimes it helps to clear old data from this cache and start fresh. It's extra important to try this if you've had any problems with your hard drive or if you have had a virus or malware infection on your PC.
NOTE: Complete these steps using an admin account. You will be typing prompts into the CMD console, so it is very important that you enter the commands exactly as shown.
The following steps are specific to PC users. Apple has instructions on resetting your DNS cache for Mac.
Windows 10
Hold down the Windows Key and press X.
Click Command Prompt (Admin).
When the command prompt opens, type ipconfig/flushdns and press Enter.
Type ipconfig /registerdns and press Enter.
Type ipconfig /release and press Enter.
Type ipconfig /renew and press Enter.
Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter.
Reboot your computer.
Setting an alternate DNS
While a DNS refresh might solve your connection problems, the DNS itself could potentially not be working as intended, and connection issues will continue no matter how many times you flush your DNS cache.
You can check if you DNS is failing by trying to switch to a public DNS like Google DNS. Follow these steps from developers.google.com to set that up.
Google DNS might actually be slower than your normal DNS, but is useful to test and see if your connection problems are coming from your local DNS.
Once you flush your DNS cache, try connecting to your game again.
If flushing your DNS does not clear up the problem, try resetting your hosts file. That can also help with some connection issues — especially if they came from malware infections.
Try a clean boot
Clean booting cuts down the number of applications that run when you start your computer. This step is very helpful if any other programs on your system are clashing with Origin and causing problems.
If you're running Windows 10, follow these steps to clean boot:
Open the Start menu and search for msconfig.
Click on System Configuration.
Click the Services tab.
Check the box to Hide all Microsoft Services, then click the Disable All button.
Click on the Startup tab, then click on Open Task Manager.
It can take a few seconds for the Task Manager list to load.
Click each of the Startup programs in the list then click the Disable button.
Close the Task Manager window.
Click OK on the System Configuration window to save your changes, then restart your computer.
Once you restart your computer, try launching your game again.
Follow the Microsoft instructions for performing a clean boot in Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8/8.1.
Close background applications
If your game now updates and connects, your computer might be running a program at start up that conflicts with Origin.
Close background applications or programs and see if you can get your games and Origin running smoothly.

I tried all that you mentioned and im still getting the same result. Is there any sort of email or number i can contact to get some sort of higher up to look at my account? The specialists and agents in the chat and the regular email, say they cant access or outright refuse to even look into my account. I dont see why its so hard to just launch the game. I am 100% certain its an ownership/account thing. I have always defended EA because they get warranted and unwarranted hate but im really close to never giving them another cent even though i love battlefield, and telling everyone about how they refuse to fix my account.

@davisdexter47 Sadly no I wish I did the most I can do/ did is tag @EA_Atic for you and I am not sure he can do anything to help you. Sadly like any job you get some staff so amazing in helping and others just make you shake your head wondering why you wasted your time calling/ talking to them. I am banking Attic is off this weekend but he should respond by Monday when he has time.
Quick question in my documents did it even make a BFV folder for you? Try part one of this write up do all steps you can as it may help you load the game. Doing this to see if we can get your game to load and it will also get you more fps and a bit smoother game play when you can load BFV. As your CPU just meets requirement. Please see this link part One and do all steps :] https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Set-up-for-the-most-FPS-in-BFV/m-p/7166307#M14907

Same problem again with the last patch. Repair option actually helped me to fix the problem in both times. Apparently, during download I had ran out of disk space in both patches several times. So the download paused and I had to create more disk space. Repair option helped with the problem each time though.

Hi CookieLover,
I have the exact same issue you have.
What did you do to fix this?
August 2019
I have the exact issue. How are people fixing this? I have the latest drivers and as soon as the menu loads it’s immediately crashes to desktop. It was literally working day before yesterday until it updated and now it crashes within seconds of loading the menu.
